This study is open to patients newly diagnosed with hormone receptor positive breast cancer. Patients in this study have between 1 and 3 positive lymph nodes. A surgical specimen is analyzed using the "Oncotype Dx" assay which determines the patient's recurrence score. Based on this score, patients will be randomized to chemotherapy followed by hormones or hormones without chemotherapy. The goal of the study is to determine which patients truly benefit most from chemotherapy.
